Licences and domains

You pay once for a TellMyShop licence. It never expires. Updates and email support are included for 12 months.

  • Every paid plan can do everything. Plans differ only in how many live shops you can use them on.
  • The free Audit edition lets Claude read and report, but never change anything. It is the module in read-only mode, for one domain, with no time limit. It needs an account.
  • Extra domain on an existing licence: €99.
  • Updates after 12 months (optional): €69 Shop, €199 Freelancer, €499 Agency, for another 12 months.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. After a refund the module goes back to read-only mode.

What happens after 12 months

The module keeps working on the last version you downloaded. You just don't get new versions or email support until you renew.

If the licence is missing or not valid

Your shop and back office keep working normally. Claude can still read and report. It just can't save changes: the module switches to read-only mode.

If the licence server can't be reached (for example your host blocks outgoing connections), the module keeps working normally for 14 days and shows a warning in the back office.

Domains

Which address counts

The address of your live shop, for example myshop.com. www.myshop.com and myshop.com count as one.

Test copies are free

These don't use a live-shop slot:

RuleExamples
Your own computerlocalhost, 127.0.0.1
Private networks10.x.x.x, 192.168.x.x, 172.16-31.x.x
Test names*.local, *.localhost, *.test, *.example, *.invalid
Test subdomains of your shopdev., staging., stage., test., demo., preprod., beta. (for example staging.myshop.com)
Your own extra test addressesUp to 3, added in your account

*.dev addresses are not free: real shops use that ending.

Claude.ai connects over the internet, so a test copy must be reachable online to work with Claude.ai.

Moving a licence to another shop

  1. In your account open Licences and click Release next to the old domain.
  2. Install the module on the new shop and activate the same key.

You can do this yourself once a year per domain. After that, write to support@tellmyshop.pl. Uninstalling the module also releases the domain.

Agencies and freelancers can reuse domains: release one when a client leaves, assign it to the next client.

Several shops in one PrestaShop (multistore)

One installation counts as one licence. Multistore itself is not verified yet, so we don't promise it.

Invoices and VAT

Payment by card through Stripe. EU consumers pay their country's VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID get a reverse-charge invoice. Invoices are in your account and inbox.

Technical details

  • Module 0.3.0 has no licence code yet. The licence gate, licence screen, background refresh and release on uninstall are planned for 0.4.0; integration points are listed in Specification §7.2.
  • Planned behaviour: no, invalid, revoked or refunded licence, or 14 days without a successful check, sets READ_ONLY; ToolRegistry::visible() then hides all write tools. The Audit edition = READ_ONLY forced on.
  • Data sent at activation and refresh: licence key, normalised domain (lowercase, no www., no port or path, IDN to punycode), shop URL, random instance ID, module / PrestaShop / PHP versions. Signed token checked with Ed25519 (sodium).
  • Refresh about once a day in the background, 3 s timeout, never blocking a tool call.
  • Multistore: settings are global today; per-domain activation needs a design.
