Q: What counts as one store?

One store address, for example myshop.com. www.myshop.com and myshop.com count as one.

Q: Do I pay for test copies of my store?

No. Copies at addresses like test.myshop.com or staging.myshop.com are free. If your host gave your copy a different address, add it in your account, up to three.

Every paid plan can do everything. You only choose how many stores you run. Test copies of your store are always free. Sales open on 29 October 2026 (Polish version first, English in January 2027).

After the first year

Renewing updates is optional: €69 for Shop, €199 for Freelancer, €499 for Agency, for another 12 months. If you renew early, the new year starts when the current one ends. If you don't renew, the module keeps working on the last version you downloaded.

What it costs compared with paying by the hour

A PrestaShop developer typically bills at least an hour for a small change. A Shop license costs about what a few of those hours cost, and you can use it every day.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once. The only optional cost later is renewing updates after 12 months.

Can I move my license to another store?

Yes. Release the old store in your account and enter your key in the new one. You can do this yourself once a year per store; after that, write to us.

Do I need to pay for Claude as well?

No. Any Claude account will do, including a free one. A paid account lets you have longer and more frequent conversations. You pay Anthropic for Claude, separately from TellMyShop.

What happens if my license expires or can't be checked?

Your store keeps working. If the license can't be checked for 14 days, or isn't valid, Claude can still look at your store but can't change anything until it's sorted.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Write to us from the email you bought with.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Enter your company details and EU VAT ID at checkout, and the invoice is in your account and your inbox.

Is there a version for WooCommerce?

It's coming in 2027. Join the waiting list and we'll write when it's ready.
