Finds out why a product doesn't show up in the shop or in its category.
Ask Claude
„A customer says the Solar lamp X isn't in Garden lighting. Why?”
Example answer
Most likely cause: the product is assigned to "Garden lighting > Solar", and that subcategory is inactive. Fix: Catalog > Categories, activate "Solar", or add the product to "Garden lighting" itself.
Technical details
Explains why a product does not show in the store, in a category or in search. Checks: active and visibility settings, shop assignment, category status including parents, guest access to the category, stock and out-of-stock behaviour, availability date, zero price, search index, redirect of an inactive product. Returns the list of checks and the most likely cause with where to fix it.
