Build an FAQ page from real customer questions
Paid versionContent & SEO
Fewer repeated emails from customers, because the answers are on your site.
What it replaces: 2-3 h of writing and formatting
What you write to Claude
„here are the 12 questions customers ask most (pasted below). turn them into an FAQ page with short answers based on our shipping and returns pages”
The problem
We answer the same five emails every day: delivery time, returns, sizes. I want an FAQ page so people stop asking.
What Claude does
- Claude reads your Shipping and Returns pages so the answers match your rules.
- It writes short answers grouped by topic.
- It updates your FAQ page after your approval.
What you get
An FAQ page consistent with your shipping and returns pages. Making the questions show up directly in Google can be added as a separate step.
You stay in control
You see every change before it is saved, nothing happens without your yes, and you can undo it later.

Step by step
- Reads the Shipping and Returns pages with ps_get_cms_page so answers match your policies.
- Writes short answers grouped by topic, with headings.
- Updates the existing FAQ page, or tells you to create an empty CMS page first if there is none.
- Calls ps_update_cms_page. Shows a preview with the old and new values side by side and waits for your approval.
- After your yes, saves it like the Save button in the back office and logs it in the change history.
Safety
Every write shows a preview first and runs only after you approve it (one-time token, valid 30 minutes). Each change is logged and can be undone with ps_revert_change.
