Check that language versions point to each other correctly
Works in the free TellMyShop AuditContent & SEO
Google shows the right language version to the right people, and you avoid duplicate pages.
What it replaces: 1 h of view-source checks
What you write to Claude
„Inspect the home page, category 12 and product 312 in pl and en. Report status code, redirect chain, canonical, hreflang pairs and robots meta.”
The problem
We run the shop in Polish and English and I'm not sure the language versions point to each other correctly.
What Claude does
- Claude reads your shop languages and address settings.
- It opens each key page in each language.
- It checks the hidden signals that tell Google which version is the main one and which languages exist.
- It flags pages hidden from Google by mistake and forwarding set up the wrong way.
What you get
A table per page with what's right and what to fix in settings or in the theme.
You stay in control
Claude only reads. Nothing in your shop changes.

Step by step
- Calls ps_get_shop_info for active languages and URL settings (canonical redirect 301 vs 302).
- Calls ps_inspect_page for each page and language with head and headings sections.
- Compares canonical and hreflang between language versions and flags missing or one-way pairs.
- Flags noindex pages that should be indexed, and 302 redirects that should be 301.
Safety
Read-only: nothing in the shop changes, so there is no preview or undo step. Works in the free Audit edition and in whole-shop read-only mode.
