Find out why Google stopped showing prices and stars

Works in the free TellMyShop AuditContent & SEO

You learn why your products lost prices and stars in Google, and who should fix it.

What it replaces: 1 h of manual testing per template

What you write to Claude

„check the JSON-LD on product id 312 and on the Sofas category. any duplicates or missing fields?”

The problem

Google stopped showing prices and stars for my products. Someone said my schema is broken but I don't know how to check.

What Claude does

  1. Claude opens a product page and a category page the way a browser does.
  2. It reads the hidden product information Google uses for prices and ratings.
  3. It finds errors and duplicates, for example the theme and an add-on both sending the same information.
  4. It tells you which fix belongs in the theme and which in the add-on.

What you get

A list of problems per page and where they come from. It is a basic check and doesn't replace Google's own test.

You stay in control

Claude only reads. Nothing in your shop changes.

Step by step

  1. Calls ps_inspect_page for the product and the category, the same way a browser loads them.
  2. Reads JSON-LD blocks and microdata: types, syntax errors, duplicates (for example two Product blocks from the theme and a module) and missing basic fields for Product, Offer and BreadcrumbList.
  3. Uses ps_list_modules to find which module may be adding a second block.
  4. Explains which fix belongs in the theme and which in a module template override. Both are block 3 work on the service connector.

Safety

Read-only: nothing in the shop changes, so there is no preview or undo step. Works in the free Audit edition and in whole-shop read-only mode.
