The problem
The photographer sent new lifestyle shots for 15 products. The new one should be the main photo, and the old white-background shots should go to the end.
What Claude does
- Claude matches each photo link to a product by its code.
- It shows the current photos and the planned order.
- After your yes it adds the new photos, sets the main one and moves the rest.
- Removing a photo is a separate step with an extra confirmation, because it can't be undone.

Step by step
- Finds products by reference with ps_search_products.
- Lists current images with ps_manage_product_images (action list): ID, position, cover, alt text.
- Adds images with action add (public https URLs only, up to 10 per call, JPEG/PNG/GIF/WebP, max 10 MB; cover=true makes the first new image the cover; legend sets the alt text).
- Reorders with action reorder (image_ids first, the rest after them), sets the cover with action set_cover and fills missing alt texts with ps_update_image_legends.
- Deletes only with action delete plus confirm_delete=true, for photos you name; deletion is irreversible.
Safety
Every write shows a preview first and runs only after you approve it (one-time token, valid 30 minutes). Each change is logged and can be undone with ps_revert_change. Adding photos, the cover and the order can be undone; deleting photos cannot. Images are fetched only from public https addresses.
