Step by step

  1. Checks languages with ps_get_shop_info.
  2. Lists untranslated dictionary items with ps_translate_catalog_items (action list, only_missing=true) for feature, feature_value, attribute_group (name and public_name), attribute, manufacturer and supplier.
  3. Writes those translations with ps_translate_catalog_items (action update, up to 200 items per call), with preview.
  4. Translates categories with ps_update_category_content, CMS pages with ps_update_cms_page and products with ps_update_product_content (lang de), each batch with its own preview.
  5. Address slugs in the new language can follow with ps_change_url.

Safety

Every write shows a preview first and runs only after you approve it (one-time token, valid 30 minutes). Each change is logged and can be undone with ps_revert_change. Every write targets one language (lang). Legal pages are translated only on your explicit instruction.
