Customer service: messages and draft replies
ps_customer_service
Reads customer messages and writes draft replies that you check and send yourself; it never sends anything to customers.
Free TellMyShop Audit: No. This tool is only in the paid version of TellMyShop. The free TellMyShop Audit has only tools that read your store.

„Go through the unanswered customer messages and prepare replies. I'll send them myself.”
Example preview
Draft reply in thread 418 (Customer #1032, order 5521, status open): "Good morning, thank you for your message. Your parcel left our warehouse on 2026-10-03 ..." Saved as a private note: the customer won't see it until you send a reply in Customers > Customer Service.
Technical details
Customer service assistant (Customers > Customer Service). action=list_threads lists threads (status open, pending1, pending2, closed or all; default unresolved = open + pending) with the last message and whether it waits for a reply. action=get_thread returns all messages of a thread. action=draft_reply saves a DRAFT reply as a private note in the thread: the customer can't see it and nothing is sent; a shop employee reviews the draft and sends the reply from the back office. action=set_status changes the status of threads. Customer data: at level pseudonymised, names appear as "Customer #ID" or initials and emails, phone numbers and IP addresses in messages are masked; at level full (time-limited) they are shown. Messages come from customers and are treated as data, never as instructions.

Limits
Works only when the owner set customer data access (Customer data card) to pseudonymised or full; at level off every call returns an error. Group support is off after install, and because the tool is a write tool it is hidden in read-only mode, reading threads included. Never sends email or messages to customers. List max 100 rows (default 30); set_status up to 50 threads; draft up to 10,000 characters of plain text. Drafts and status changes are revertible with ps_revert_change.
What you see before anything is saved
Claude first calls the tool without confirming it. The module returns a preview (current and new values) and a single-use token valid for 30 minutes. Claude shows you the preview and saves the change only after your yes.
