A two-minute morning check of your shop

Works in the free TellMyShop AuditContent & SEOReady job: Morning check-in

You start the day knowing whether anything broke, what sold and what needs attention, in one short summary.

What it replaces: 20-30 min of clicking every morning

What you write to Claude

„morning check: anything broken, new errors, sales yesterday vs last week, pages people couldn't find, what changed in the shop. short please”

The problem

Every morning I click through errors and stats to see if anything broke overnight. Half the time I miss something anyway.

What Claude does

  1. Claude checks the shop's technical health and new error messages since yesterday.
  2. It compares yesterday's sales with the same day last week.
  3. It lists pages visitors couldn't find and what was changed in the shop.
  4. It ends with three things worth doing today.

What you get

A short daily summary with problems, sales and a to-do list for today. Nothing in the shop changes.

You stay in control

Claude only reads. Nothing in your shop changes.

ps_check_shop_health, ps_get_logs, ps_get_product_sales, ps_get_404_report, ps_list_changes, ps_customer_service, ps_get_ready_job

Step by step

  1. ps_check_shop_health: debug and maintenance mode, SSL, cache, errors from 7 days.
  2. ps_get_logs for the last 24 h, severity warning and error.
  3. ps_get_product_sales for yesterday with compare_previous, plus a 7-day view.
  4. ps_get_404_report for new top missing addresses and ps_list_changes for the last 24 h.
  5. If the support group is on in the paid edition, also counts threads waiting for a reply (ps_customer_service, action list_threads); in the free Audit edition this part is skipped.

Safety

Read-only: nothing in the shop changes, so there is no preview or undo step. Works in the free Audit edition and in whole-shop read-only mode. Sales data comes without customer data.
