Hide or tidy an element on mobile
On phones your add-to-cart button is visible again without scrolling.
What it replaces: 30 min of developer time
What you write to Claude
„Hide .blockreassurance_product below 768px and reduce product title font-size to 1.25rem on mobile. Use custom.css only.”
The problem
On phones the reassurance block pushes the add-to-cart button below the fold.
What Claude does
- Claude reads your theme's own style file.
- It adds a rule that applies only on small screens and shows exactly what changes.
- After your yes it saves with a backup.
What you get
The product page is shorter on phones; desktop is unchanged.
You stay in control
You see every change before it is saved, nothing happens without your yes, and you can undo it later. Changes to the shop's look use a separate, extra-protected connection, usually set up by whoever looks after your shop. Every file is backed up before it changes.
Related use cases
- Change the colour of the add-to-cart button
- Bring back the previous version of the shop's look after a bad change

- Reads assets/css/custom.css with ps_read_theme_file.

- Calls ps_write_theme_file. The preview shows the diff.
- After your approval, saves with a backup and clears the Smarty cache.
Safety
Block 3 works only through the service connector: a separate token accepted only from allowlisted IP addresses, off after installation. Theme files are backed up automatically before every write and can be restored with ps_restore_file_backup. Limit: 20 theme file writes per hour.
