First look at a new client's shop
Works in the free TellMyShop AuditContent & SEO
You know what's inside a new client's shop before you quote, in one conversation.
What it replaces: 2-4 h of onboarding a new client
What you write to Claude
„New client store. Give me: PS and PHP version, theme, installed modules (active/inactive), category count, health check results, and anything risky.”
The problem
A new client comes with a shop built by someone else. Before quoting anything I need to know what's inside.
What Claude does
- Claude reads versions, languages, currencies, theme and installed add-ons.
- It runs a health check and lists risks.
- It estimates the size of the catalogue.
- It writes a short brief you can paste into the client file.
What you get
A technical brief of the shop in one conversation, before you quote or touch anything.
You stay in control
Claude only reads. Nothing in your shop changes.

Step by step
- Calls ps_get_shop_info for versions, languages, currencies, theme, blog module and URL settings.
- Lists modules with ps_list_modules. Theme files and module template overrides are not visible on the daily connector; Claude notes them as a follow-up for the service connector.
- Runs ps_check_shop_health and summarises risks such as modules overriding routes or hooked into product saves.
- Gets the size of the catalogue from ps_get_category_tree.
- Writes an onboarding brief you can paste into the client file.
Safety
Read-only: nothing in the shop changes, so there is no preview or undo step. Works in the free Audit edition and in whole-shop read-only mode. Use the free Audit edition on the client's domain for a pre-sale look.
