Send visitors from any old address to the right new page
Old links from Google and other sites lead to the right page instead of an error.
What it replaces: a day of writing redirect rules by hand
What you write to Claude
„take the top 100 not found addresses from last month and redirect each to the best matching product or category”
The problem
After moving from another platform, hundreds of old addresses lead nowhere. They aren't products or categories we renamed, so nothing forwards them.
What Claude does
- Claude takes the most visited missing addresses and the forwarding already in place.
- It matches each one to the best product, category or page and shows you the list.
- After your yes it sets up the forwarding and checks that each old address now leads to the right page.
- Any forwarding can be undone later.
What you get
Old addresses forward to live pages, and every redirect is listed in the change history.
You stay in control
You see every change before it is saved, nothing happens without your yes, and you can undo it later. The free Audit edition can show the missing addresses and existing forwarding, but not change them.

Step by step
- Reads the top missing addresses with ps_get_404_report and existing redirects with ps_list_redirects (both read-only, also in the free Audit edition, which ends with this list as a report).
- Matches targets with ps_search_products and the category tree; addresses of renamed or retired objects are better handled by ps_change_url or ps_set_product_redirect.
- Calls ps_manage_redirects with the old paths and targets (301); the preview lists each redirect and runs only after your approval.
- Checks a sample of old addresses with ps_inspect_page (301 and Location); undo with ps_revert_change.
Safety
Every write shows a preview first and runs only after you approve it (one-time token, valid 30 minutes). Each change is logged and can be undone with ps_revert_change. ps_list_redirects is read-only and works in the free Audit edition; ps_manage_redirects needs a licence and writes enabled. 301 keeps search ranking; use 302 only for temporary moves.
