Find out why a product is not showing in a category
Works in the free TellMyShop AuditContent & SEOReady job: Why can't customers see this product?
You get the real reason a product is missing from your shop instead of guessing or paying a developer.
What it replaces: 30-60 min of developer time per case
What you write to Claude
„the product LG-2041 doesn't show up in Garden lighting. it's active in admin. why??”
The problem
A customer called saying she can't find the garden lamp on the site. In the back office it's active. I don't get it.
What Claude does
- Tell Claude which product is missing.
- Claude checks everything that can hide it: product status, category, stock, availability date, price and search.
- It names the most likely cause in plain words.
- It tells you where to fix it, or offers to fix it for you.
What you get
You know the exact reason (for example: the parent category is inactive, or the product has zero stock and is set to hide) and the next step to fix it.
You stay in control
Claude only reads. Nothing in your shop changes.

- Reads the product with ps_get_product to confirm its categories and default category.
- Names the most likely cause and tells you where to fix it, or offers to fix it if it falls into block 1 (Content & SEO).
